Can God Use Evolution On Purpose To Intentionally Bring About Human Beings?

Evolution (and quantum mechanics on the Copenhagen Interpretation) is intrinsically 'chancy' and according to some this would make it impossible for God to intentionally use and know that human beings would be the product of billions of years of evolution.  However, this is not true, and William Lane Craig explains why here:
